Harkin’s Healthcare is owned by Vincent and Nuala Harkin and proudly celebrated 60 years in business in 2021.
Harkins Healthcare is made up of 2 family-owned community Pharmacies in Maghera - Harkin’s and Glass Pharmacies. Glass Pharmacies were welcomed into the fold in 2020 and together the two have become a very strong team of amazing staff.
We have all had an unprecedentedly strange and incredibly busy couple of years. At the pharmacies they were determined not to let Covid 19 stall their businesses progress. Covid, in fact became a catalyst for pro activity and expansion. A new consultation room was built last year, and they have introduced a range of new services;

Nuala & Vincent are determined to make Harkin’s Healthcare more environmentally friendly and an exciting step on this journey was the purchase of an electric vehicle for their delivery service.
