The Police Service of Northern Ireland is taking part in this year’s National Police Social Media Survey commissioned by National Police Chief’s Council (NPCC) and is encouraging you to have your say.
National surveys have allowed the Police Service to track progress and benchmark performance, particularly around perceptions and experience of police managed social media and perceived responsiveness to crime and incident reporting. The last survey ran in 2023 had 66,000 responses across the UK.
The Police Service of Northern Ireland is encouraging as many people as possible to complete the survey and is interested to learn more about what people think of their social media and how they can improve. The survey runs from now until September 2025.
