This is workshop one of the bootcamp and will help retailers to think about how they can maximise customer experience in what is clearly now an experience economy.

The session will:

• Introduce the topic of customer experience and how this is now a key battleground for the hearts and minds of your customers.
• Help you identify WHO your target customer is and be clear that you understand their needs and what they are looking for in your retail experience.
• Introduce the concept of a customer journey - exploring how customers will move through your physical store and your online presence.
