NI Reval2026: Find a draft non-domestic property valuation

Land & Property Services has revalued all non-domestic properties in Northern Ireland for rating purposes. The draft non-domestic valuations for NI Reval2026 can now be viewed online.

You can search by postcode or via the map to see the draft value of your property. Once you find the valuation you can use this service to:

• Check the draft property valuation details
• Check other local properties in the postcode area
• View FAQs and more information about draft valuations
• Request an informal review of a draft value

Important: The valuation shown in the draft schedule is not your rates bill.

These draft values are the values LPS intend to use to calculate your non-domestic rates bill from 1 April 2026.
