We’re a family run drinks producer based in East Belfast, and we’ve been making and bottling drinks here since 1999. What started with Papas Mineral Company has grown over the years, but we still develop and make our drinks in small batches at our own SALSA accredited production facility.
Today, the business is home to three drinks brands: Papas Mineral Company, Longbridge Drinks Co and Irish Sisters Drinks. Each range has its own character, but they are all made in Belfast by the same family team, with plenty of care and a real focus on flavour.
Our products and services
Papas Mineral Company is where it all began. It’s our original range, packed with traditional flavours and a good dose of nostalgia. Favourites include Ginger Wine, Dark Clove Cordial and Sarsaparilla, with recipes that bring back memories for many of our customers.
Longbridge Drinks Co is our range of craft sodas and mixers. Ginger ale was first created in Belfast in the 1850s, so we felt it was only right to bring that bit of local drinks history back to the city with our own Belfast Ginger Ale. The range also includes Coffee Cola, Spiced Cola, Ginger Beer, Root Beer, Lavender Soda, Raspberry & Rose, Pineapple, Grapefruit, Elderflower and Cloudy Lemonade. Proper Belfast sodas, crafted to stand out.
Irish Sisters Drinks is our premium collection of handcrafted cordials, bringing together bold flavours, signature botanicals and warming spices. The range includes Fiery Ginger Wine, Lavender, Raspberry & Rose and Lemon & Ginger. Carefully balanced and full of character, each can be served hot or chilled, or used to elevate cocktails and alcohol free serves.
You’ll find our drinks in independent shops, cafés, bars and restaurants across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, as well as selected Tesco stores throughout Northern Ireland. We also work behind the scenes with other businesses, helping them develop, produce and bottle drinks of their own.
