Helping retail store owners and operators prepare effectively for the UK’s Deposit Return Scheme (DRS) is one of our top priorities. To understand how prepared for the DRS retailers feel, Exchange for Change is launching a monthly DRS Retailer Readiness Survey.
If you own or operate a retail store, we’d really value your input. This anonymous survey explores how prepared for the introduction of the DRS retailers feel, their perceptions of the scheme, steps they are taking to get ready and areas where they need information or advice.
The survey will take just a few minutes to complete, and as a thank you retailers taking part will have the option to enter a prize draw to win up to £250 in Amazon vouchers (terms and conditions apply).
This feedback will play a vital role in helping us understand retailer readiness and emerging needs over time so that we tailor our communications, guidance and support to meet industry’s evolving requirements as we prepare for the DRS launch in October 2027 together.
