Strangford zero -  a true taste of Gin!

Tracey and Joe Jeffery, who created the new completely alcohol free artisan gin, live in an 18th-century cottage in Killinchy on the shores of the lough and have been involved in hospitality for several years with the successful Tracey’s Farmhouse Kitchen business.

We have tasted many zero Gins and feedback from our Clients tells us that this product actually tastes like Gin! It is distilled in the same way alcoholic Gin is and we suggest that the perfect serve is - plain tonic and a slice of orange or grapefruit.

We have just launched our new Strangford zero Rhubarb last month.

We have had excellent feedback from local Restaurants and Delis/ Bars and we are in 30 establishments currently.

We’re currently stocked in:

Capparelli restaurant

Waterman restaurant

OX Belfast

The Muddlers Club

James St South

Juniper adds structure, citrus brings brightness, and sea aster adds a gentle, mineral depth. “Our new spirit uses many of the traditional ingredients for flavour, including juniper berries,” says Tracey. “What’s different is the use of sea aster, which we harvest from the shoreline in the summer months and then freeze until it is needed.”

Sea aster thrives in the salty marshes and shorelines of Strangford Lough, which is a special area of conservation.

Strangford Zero Gin is not only alcohol-free but also contains no artificial colourings, flavourings or chemical additives.
