Anna is Head of Operations at Retail NI, bringing extensive experience across financial services, operations management, project delivery and stakeholder engagement. She has worked across a range of sectors including finance, social care and the pharmaceutical industry, developing expertise in organisational operations, relationship management and service delivery.

In her role, Anna oversees the day-to-day operations of the organisation, including member engagement, events and stakeholder activity. She is passionate about building strong relationships and supporting the continued growth of Northern Ireland’s independent retail sector.

Anna holds a Master’s degree in Project Management and a degree in Business and Management from the University of Portsmouth, along with a Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP).
