Joelene Poole has been Operations Manager since August 2021 after spending 30 years in various roles within the construction Industry 10 of which were with the Construction Employers Federation.
 
Joelene holds a BA(Hons) Business Studies from the University of Ulster.
 
She is a keen rugby supporter having held a season ticket to Ulster Rugby for 25 years.
