They are excited to celebrate its 13th anniversary this month.

“Some people see the number 13 as unlucky but not for us as we’ve had the privilege of working with some incredible clients and partners in that time,” said Chris. Evans, MD

“We owe our success to our fantastic team. Their creativity, dedication, and passion for storytelling are the driving forces behind Subculture Media’s great name. The work we do can vary incredibly; one of our first projects was a Channel 4 documentary about Irish hip-hop, and much more recently we completed broadcasting work for the recent President Joe Biden visit to Belfast and Dublin.

“Whatever the project may be, the Subculture Media team brings together a broad range of expertise, allowing us to provide a comprehensive suite of video production services, from pre-production planning and content creation to post-production editing and distribution.”

Other clients of Subculture Media have included BBC, Channel 4, Amazon, Belfast City Council, NI Screen and many more. The video production company has travelled to South Africa with My Choice, a programme designed to combat young people becoming involved with criminal gangs, and created a short film with more than 500,000 views. In 2022, Subculture worked with Unboxed to capture a year of celebrating the arts. The content produced has more than one million views. In the same year, Subculture won ‘Best Creative Business’ at the Bangor Business Awards.

Chris continued, “As the company continues to grow, Subculture Media remains committed to meeting and exceeding our clients’ needs. We’re always keen to connect with new prospective clients to discuss how our video production services can bring their visions to life.

“Every project is an opportunity to tell a unique story. We’re here to work alongside our clients and collaborate with them to create content that truly resonates with their audience.”
